We ship all products in perfect condition.
However, cold and perishable products (such as donuts, cakes and Swiss rolls) can be damaged during shipping, either due to temperature changes or mishandling by the postal service.

Once the product leaves our hands, we have no control over its handling.
By confirming the order and making the payment, the customer accepts this risk and the conditions in which the product may arrive.

We want to be transparent: we do not offer refunds.
